A well-established federally qualified health center in Springfield, Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care team.

Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Average of approximately 20 patients per day
- New patient visits: 40 minutes
- Follow-up visits: 20 minutes
- Rotating call responsibilities
- Epic EMR
- Strong clinical support team
- Interpreter services available
- J-1 waiver candidates welcome
- Open to experienced physicians and select upcoming graduates
About the Opportunity
The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, patient education, and continuity of care.
Providers work in a collaborative environment alongside advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, interpreters, and administrative support staff.
The patient population is highly diverse, with more than 70 languages represented throughout the community.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
