Physician Assistant (PA) – Pediatrics | Part-Time / Per Diem
Location: Five Towns, NY
Schedule: Part-Time / As Needed
Compensation: $80 – $90 per hour
A busy pediatric practice in the Five Towns area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate will have pediatric experience, be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting, and be available to work Sundays and evening hours as needed.
Requirements:
- Active Physician Assistant license
- Pediatric experience required
- Experience working in a pediatric office setting preferred
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Availability to work Sundays and evening shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Conduct sick visits, follow-ups, and routine pediatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ECW
- Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
