Job Type: 13-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, with Rotating Weekend Coverage
EMR: EPIC
Trauma Level: Level 4
Facility Type: 24-bed short-term, critical access hospital.
Compensation:
Weekly Gross Pay: $3600.60/week
Pay Breakdown:
- Weekly Stipend : $1855.00 (non-taxable)
- Weekly Taxable: $1745.60 (taxable)
Additional Compensation Details:
- Pay Period: Weekly
- Overtime: After 40 hours/week at $95.09 per hour
- On-Call: $2/hour pager
- Call Back Rate: at $95.09 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ED RN Manager to oversee patient care, nursing staff, and daily Emergency Department operations. The Nurse Manager will work closely with the Director of Patient Care Services and provide leadership while supporting bedside care as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
- Recent leadership experience within the last 2 years.
- Emergency Department nursing experience required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Active Colorado RN license or compact RN license.
