We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Somerset, MA seeking an experiencedPhysician Assistantto join our team in aSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF)setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care toSNFpatients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions
• Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation in EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA)license in Massachusetts
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)-Required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an PA(SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab experience strongly preferred)
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting

Preferred Experience

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
• Background in internal medicine, geriatrics, or physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Experience with orthopedic, stroke, or pain management patients

Schedule & Setting

• Monday through Friday
• Full-Time (4-5 days per week)
• No nights,no call,no weekends

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
