New Opportunity: Community Nurse invites applications for the position of RN Hospice Case Manager.
A Hospice Registered Nurse provides nursing care with an emphasis on comfort and dignity at the end of life. Hospice RN is part of the Hospice Team and acts as coordinator of care for patients. Hospice RN assists the physician in preparing the patient/ family for end-of-life care.
About You: The ideal candidate for the role of RN Hospice Case Manager, currently licensed as a registered nurse pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 112. Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care, previous home care experience preferred, experience with documentation in a patient Electronic Medica Record.
In this RN Hospice Case Manager position you will work 35- hours per week 8:00am to 4:00 pm at competitive hourly pay. Our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403b, and holiday benefits, commences from the date of hire. Additionally, vacation and sick leave accrual begins after 90 days of employment.
