'Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to ARFpatients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Responsible for full medical management and primary care
- Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentation in EMR
- Active and unrestricted South Carolinalicense
- Board eligible/certifiedin Internal Medicine
- Active DEA license
- Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
Preferred Experience
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience
- Inpatient hospitalist
- Geriatric Medicine

Physical Requirements:'
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.'
- Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds.'
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.'
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.'
- Mustcomply withfacility vaccination requirements.
