In this role, you will…
- Generate new business opportunities and drive sales for Lawyers Professional Liability Insurance.
- Develop and manage relationships with law firms and legal professionals across multiple states.
- Work with multiple insurance carriers to offer competitive and tailored solutions.
- Understand client needs and provide consultative sales support throughout the process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other sales tracking tools.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a strong sales background in a professional services environment preferred.
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in your resident state within 2 months of hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand insurance products and regulations.
