Risk Solutions Data Analyst

The Risk Solutions Operations - Data Analyst will serve as a contact for service requests and projects on behalf of the Risk Solutions team. The role will support the project requests and collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams in the design and development of databases and systems to automate processes within the risk management function.

In this role, you will…

• Contribute to designing, implementing, and administering support to system and reporting updates.
• Triage, coordinate & communicate resolution and disposition of Risk Solutions related service requests, including requests for information, training, data updates, bug fixes, and other requests.
• Assists with new operational team projects, participates in strategic planning, development of standard operating procedures, implementation, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Develop and manage workflows in Alteryx that are utilized within Risk Solutions.
• Work with project teams to provide and clarify business requirements to facilitate the design, development, testing, and implementation of processes & technology to achieve the product roadmap and vision.
• Prepare and analyze data reports related Risk Solutions metrics including:
• Data Metrics
• Create system efficiencies, manage quality control process and maintain data metrics collection process.
• Data projects/requests:
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Manage data projects/requests from Risk Consultants Risk Solutions team and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics processes.
  
  
• Support Risk Assessment System:
• Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Manage the relationships between core users and system developers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

We are looking for a candidate with…

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field.
• 3 years of experience in relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Access, Macros, Visual Basics, Queries etc.) required.
• Experience working with data analytics tools such as Alteryx Designer & Tableau.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated, adaptable and ability to manage multiple priorities.
