Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity across various systems.
- Support quality management initiatives through statistical analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for stakeholders on quality metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).

Salary : $65,000 - $78,000
