Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop actionable insights.
- Utilize data analytics tools to create reports and dashboards for decision-making support.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to optimize workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
This is a remote position.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
