Job Description
- Lead the monthly closing and reporting process, communicate accurate and timely results to management
- Support a standard product costing and review variances with the leadership team
- Conduct standard and ad hoc cost analysis during actual, rolling forecast, and planning periods
- Support the budget process by preparing and presenting the overall P&L budget
- Assist the leadership team in cost reductions and process improvements
- Drive actions related to Net Working Capital and respective KPIs
- Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience in finance, controlling within a manufacturing environment / company
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large complex data sets
- SAP FICO and MES experience desired
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams and communicate eloquent with different hierarchy levels
