Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 plus bonus Office Environment: On-site
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Accounting department, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing, and General tasks.
- Provide regular financial reports to owners, the president, and external reporting establishments monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Utilize ERP modules for data mining to generate analytical reports on revenue and costs as necessary.
- Supervise the company's cash position, banking relations, credit policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate daily cash balancing and projections.
- Manage contracts, leases, and reserve levels for cash, inventory, and accounts.
- Develop annual budgets for the company and individual departments, updating as required.
- Maintain material and labor cost centers, providing annual machine and labor rates to estimating and sales teams.
- Handle monthly and annual tax filings for the company, including sales and use, personal property, and corporate taxes.
- Assist auditors by providing necessary documents and schedules for the annual audit and tax filing.
- Conduct annual reviews of corporate business, worker's compensation, and other insurances, contributing to final insurance decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance.
- Ability to excel in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v lookups.
- Experience with ERP systems.
