Portable Radiologic Technologist
Responsibilities:
- Perform portable digital X-rays (DR/CR) and transmit images to a radiologist for interpretation.
- Transport portable imaging equipment into healthcare facilities to complete physician-ordered exams.
- Perform EKGs when required and transmit results to a cardiologist.
- Scan and submit exam documentation and billing paperwork daily.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch, management, clients, and healthcare staff.
- Maintain imaging equipment and company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Active ARRT Certification and California Radiologic Technologist license (limited license not accepted).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull portable imaging equipment (50–100 lbs.).
- Meet health and vaccination requirements.
