Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and shipped in accordance with established procedures.
- Direct and supervise warehouse staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Review and implement process improvements to optimize space utilization and equipment protection.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the daily operation of the warehouse, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies and materials.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
- Account for all materials and supplies within the stores facilities.
- Audit goods received into the warehouse.
- Counsel and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
- Verify completion of routine paperwork on time and ensure accuracy.
- Support the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Lead day-to-day activities of employees, providing guidance and input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience, coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience with basic skill level.
