Core responsibilities:
- Conducting new admissions to the facility
- Checking in with patients who have acute issues and establishing a follow-up plan
- Reaching an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patients' medical history
- Prescribing and interpreting labs and diagnostic tests to obtain information for underlying infections or abnormalities
- Prescribing medication and drugs
- Cultivating a climate of trust and compassion for patients with patients, family members, and the medical team
Requirements:
- Valid NP license in the state of Vermont
- Excellent communication skills

Schedule:
- Part-time (3 days per week/8 hour shifts)
