What You’ll Do
- Manage the primary care needs of nursing home residents
- Perform detailed patient histories and physical examinations
- Conduct medication reviews and prescribe medications when appropriate
- Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions with appropriate follow-up
- Use strong clinical judgment to create accurate treatment plans
What We’re Looking For
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
- Board Certification required
- Long-term care or geriatric experience strongly preferred
Schedule
- 3 days per week
