Clinical Supervisor
Location: Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to our team of providers. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and oversee clinicians while maintaining their own patient caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Meet one-on-one with supervised providers to offer clinical guidance and support
- Oversee and support clinicians’ documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff
- Collaborate with the care team to support high-quality patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies
Requirements:
- Active LCSW or LMHC license
- Clinical experience required
- Creole language skills are appreciated
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with patient care duties
Compensation:
- $90,000–$110,000 annually
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience supporting clinicians in a clinical setting
