A leading Multi-Specialty healthcare team servicing skilled nursing facilities is seeking an ambitious full time Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to treat patients in facilities within Connecticut. Are you a fit? Dermatology experienced providers are welcome to apply!

Duties will include:


· Full scope of dermatology-related consults.
· Should possess previous dermatology experience
· Valid NP/PA license in the state of CT.
ok to travel within Connecticut to several nursing homes.
