Bilingual Spanish Enrollment Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Enrollment Coordinator to support the member enrollment process and provide exceptional service to prospective and current members. This individual will be responsible for processing applications, verifying eligibility, maintaining accurate member records, resolving enrollment-related issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive member experience.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with multiple systems, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Member Enrollment

  • Process membership applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify application eligibility, completeness, and required documentation.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to obtain missing information or resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist prospective members throughout the application and enrollment process.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive member information.
  • Generate and review enrollment reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain accuracy across databases and internal systems.

Customer Service

  • Communicate with members and prospective members via phone, chat, and email.
  • Respond to enrollment-related questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear information regarding benefits, policies, procedures, and enrollment requirements.
  • Deliver a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service.

Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with the Enrollment Manager and cross-functional teams to improve enrollment processes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external partners as needed.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of enrollment materials and member communications.
  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure enrollment activities are completed in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in required training and professional development.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of enrollment records.
  • Identify and escalate potential compliance or data quality concerns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, enrollment, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare or membership-based industry is strongly preferred.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and database management systems.
  • Experience with JIRA, Intercom, and/or CloudTalk is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

You should be comfortable communicating across multiple channels, working with technology and databases, and ensuring every member receives accurate, timely, and professional support.

Bilingual Spanish fluency is required for this position.
