The Role & Environment:
Gig Harbor location maintains a steady flow of 20–25 patients per day. You will work alongside a highly experienced Lead Therapist and a Radiation Oncologist who have a 25-year history of excellence.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday.
- Tech Stack: True Beam, Varian 21iX, Siemens Go CT, and Mosaic (Record & Verify).
- Culture: We are looking for a "go-with-the-flow" teammate—someone who is detail-oriented (OCD about accuracy is a plus!) and looking for a long-term professional home.
What You’ll Need (Must-Haves):
- Certification: Active ARRT (T) certification and Washington State licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Technical Familiarity: Clinical experience with True Beam is highly preferred.
- Mindset: A desire for stability and a collaborative, low-ego approach to team-based care.
- Experience: Open to all experience levels—from high-potential New Grads to seasoned veterans with 14 years in the field.
Compensation:
We follow a strict, fair, and competitive wage scale based on verified years of experience:
$49.57/hr – $72.76/hr
