Now hiring for a growing compounding Pharmacy in Lenexa, KS

This position is onsite and works M-F 9a-5p.

Pay: $135-160k/yr

• Formulation & Documentation Authority: * Own and standardize the Master Formula Records (MFRs) and batch logs from the ground up.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in compounding calculations, BUD assignments, and ingredient substitutions.
• Production Leadership & Quality Control: * Directly oversee day-to-day production of capsules, troches, topicals, and liquids.
• Final-check all preparations for visual quality, weight verification, and labeling accuracy before release.
• Team Development & Compliance: * Train and mentor technicians to elevate their compounding technique.
• Maintain "inspection-ready" status through SOP development and strict adherence to Kansas Board of Pharmacy and 503A standards.
