What You'll Do
- Deliver, set up, and retrieve medical equipment in patient homes and clinical settings
- Educate patients on proper use, safety, and care of equipment
- Respond to patient questions, including occasional after-hours support
- Complete and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
- Coordinate schedules and travel to meet patient appointments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of patient care or healthcare-related experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Willingness to travel extensively (75% ) across assigned regions
- Ability to lift/move up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of auto insurance
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, web-based tools)
Work Environment
- Combination of patient homes, clinics, and travel between locations
- Direct patient interaction in a field-based setting
