We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Patient Service Representative) to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This on-site role supports patients and customers by handling inbound and outbound calls related to account inquiries, payment arrangements, and general support. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, communicates clearly, and resolves issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and payment arrangements
