Location: Albany, NY
Facility Type: Outpatient Fertility & OB/GYN Clinic
Start Date: September
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks with potential extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 30 hours guaranteed/week (Typically 6:00/6:15 AM – 12:00/12:30 PM, with occasional extension to 3:00 PM)
Pay: $2550/weekly gross with max travel stipend for eligible travelers
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume first-trimester OB and fertility monitoring ultrasounds, averaging approximately 24 scans per shift in 15-minute appointment slots
- Conduct transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound scans utilizing GE Voluson equipment
- Assist clinical teams with OR procedures, including performing transabdominal scanning during transfers
- Assist with specialized HyCoSy procedures
- Maintain efficient daily patient flow through active collaboration with doctors and clinical staff
- Provide occasional extended OR coverage and Saturday coverage as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active ARDMS certification with OB/GYN registry
- 3 years of clinical ultrasound/sonography experience
- Strong background in OB/GYN ultrasound procedures
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-volume setting
- Ability to commit to an early morning work schedule
