Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced NSA Arbitrations Specialist to manage arbitration cases, specifically focusing on dispute resolution from initial submission through resolution and reporting. This role requires in-depth knowledge of healthcare billing regulations, including the federal No Surprises Act (NSA) and state-level guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of arbitration cases using structured workflow algorithms.
- Initiate and conduct negotiations with commercial insurance payers, adhering to regulatory deadlines for favorable outcomes.
- Submit claims and disputes through independent resolution portals, complying with legal frameworks.
- Maintain communication with insurance adjusters to advocate for claim adjustments.
- Track and document arbitration cases, and report settlement results.
Qualifications
- Strong background in medical appeals or legal dispute resolution, such as paralegal or insurance negotiations.
- Preferred: Experience with the No Surprises Act (NSA) or TDI.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in documentation and structured workflow processes.
Shift
Monday through Friday, 8-5 pm
