💰 $20–$23/hr | ⏳ Contract-to-Hire (800 hours)
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

💼 What You’ll Do
🔎 Monitor and track claim statuses, resolving rejections and denials quickly
📞 Conduct insurance follow-up and work outstanding A/R
📝 Review and submit appeals within payer deadlines
📊 Generate and analyze billing & collections reports to identify trends
🤝 Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance
📚 Stay current on payer regulations, EOBs, coding, and billing updates
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔ 2 years of revenue cycle experience (billing, insurance follow-up, self-pay, financial clearance, coding, credit balance, cash posting, etc.)
✔ Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines, EOBs & the full revenue cycle lifecycle
✔ Experience working in an EHR system (Epic strongly preferred!)
✔ Hospital (HB) Insurance Follow-Up experience preferred
✔ Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment
