Medix is now hiring Certified Pharmacy Technician for a digital pharmacy platform based in Missouri.
Location: Chesterfield, MO (63017), In-Person
Available Shift Options:
- Monday - Friday (10 AM - 6 PM CST)
- Monday - Friday (11 AM - 7 PM CST)
- Monday - Friday (12 PM - 8 PM CST)
- 1 Saturday shift a month (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST)
Requirements:
- PTCB or NHA (ExCPT) certification required prior to joining
- License: Must hold an active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it approved prior to the start date.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions
- Handle provider/physician communications including, but not limited to voicemails, outbound and inbound calls
- Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role
- Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
