We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, mission-driven organization providing high-quality autism services. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Analyze clinical data and adjust programming to ensure client progress
- Provide parent training and ongoing support
- Train, mentor, and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Conduct direct observations to ensure treatment fidelity and consistency
- Support team members working toward their BCBA certification
- Complete required progress reports (quarterly/biannual)
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service summaries and ABA hour tracking
Team & Caseload
- Manage a caseload of 7–8 clients
- Supervise approximately 14 Behavior Technicians
- Work across clinic and home-based settings
Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)
- Hybrid schedule:
- Work from home for non-client-facing tasks (report writing, meetings, program development)
- On-site presence required based on client and team needs
- Occasional full remote days possible (not guaranteed)
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education
- Active BCBA (or BCBA-D) and LABA certification
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (ABA experience flexible)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
