PACS Analyst (Contract)
Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote/Hybrid – local candidates only)
Duration: Contract through April 2027
Schedule: 1x per week onsite in Bellevue WA
$60-65/hr W2
Position Overview
We are seeking a PACS Analyst to support a large-scale medical imaging transformation initiative. This role will focus on a PACS migration from a legacy imaging environment to a new enterprise PACS platform while providing ongoing support for imaging systems and clinical workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PACS Administrator, Imaging Analyst, or a junior analyst looking to advance their career in enterprise imaging technologies. There is potential for contract extension and possible long-term opportunities based on business needs and performance
Work Arrangement
- Local candidates required
- Initial onsite presence required for the first 1–2 weeks for equipment setup, onboarding, and training
- After onboarding, the role transitions to a remote/hybrid schedule
- Candidates should be available to come onsite at least once per week for team meetings and as needed for hands-on troubleshooting and support
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor a large-scale PACS migration initiative from a legacy platform to a new enterprise PACS environment
- Configure and manage imaging system connections and migration workflows
- Monitor migration performance and adjust processing/threading as needed
- Troubleshoot day-to-day PACS, DICOM, and imaging system issues
- Support workstation configuration and troubleshooting for imaging users
- Provide support for Cardiology PACS environments
- Assist with ongoing upgrades, integrations, and separation efforts across multiple imaging platforms
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure imaging system reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a PACS Administrator, PACS Analyst, Imaging Analyst, or similar healthcare imaging support role
- Strong hands-on PACS administration and support experience
- Solid understanding of DICOM standards and imaging workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise imaging systems in a healthcare environment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across imaging applications, workstations, and interfaces
- GE PACS experience
- Migration experience
- Must be located in the Bellevue, WA area and able to participate in onsite onboarding and weekly hybrid support requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GE PACS environments
- Experience supporting Cardiology PACS systems
- Experience with imaging system migrations, upgrades, or platform transitions
- Experience working within hospital, health system, or healthcare provider environments

Salary : $60 - $65
