Production Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in various controlled environments, ranging from 34°F to ambient room temperature.
- Utilize scales to weigh and price box products based on customer needs.
- Operate in the raw kitchen, running equipment, hanging products, as well as cooking.
- Assist in packaging the product, labeling and boxing of products, cleaning, and palletizing boxes.
- Conduct repairs on equipment and facilities as needed.
- Sanitizing and cleaning equipment and kitchen.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- Commitment to producing high-quality products for our customers.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Capability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Experience with forklift and pallet jack operations.
Ideal Experience:
- A passion for learning, with a desire to grow and a curiosity about all aspects of food production.
- Reliable transportation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment failures.
