Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals according to menu specifications
- Support cooking activities by following recipes and maintaining proper food handling procedures
- Help with meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation practices, and temperature controls
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Supporting kitchen staff with prep tasks such as portioning ingredients, and stocking supplies.
- Assist with moving tables and chairs for events.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Basic culinary skills including knife handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
