What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and appointment coordination
- Support smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
- Communicate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and leadership
- Translate and interpret for Spanishspeaking patients when needed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Handle administrative responsibilities with urgency and attention to detail
- Help create a positive, teamoriented environment focused on exceptional service
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, or highlevel customer service environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic medical records
- Dependable, organized, and solutionoriented
