Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a solid foundation in medical knowledge. This role involves supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering top-notch patient care, ensuring they have a positive and reassuring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and other healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling insurance documentation
• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs, drawing blood, and recording medical histories
• Provide patient education and support, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all medical equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  
  

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
