Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee complex civil construction projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of assigned civil construction projects by ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable contract requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards. This position manages projects involving civil infrastructure, including earthwork, utilities, roadway, site development, and related scopes, and serves as a key point of coordination between owners, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
We are looking for a strong candidate with:
· Strong leadership and supervisory skills appropriate to managing civil construction project teams including ability to lead, mentor, and develop project team members.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and customer service.
· Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
· Strong knowledge of Tribal and Federal Safety requirements.
· Familiarity with civil construction quality control practices, safety programs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Working knowledge of civil construction project delivery principles, including cost control, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
· Proficiency with industry-standard project management software, tools, and systems relevant to civil construction projects.
· Ability to read, interpret, and apply civil plans, specifications, and contract documents.
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field required.
· Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant civil construction project management experience.
Pay: $154,668.00 - $182,509.00 per year
