An industry-leading engineering firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, and land use planning is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our public infrastructure projects. As a Senior Civil Project Manager, you'll lead the way in managing and overseeing transportation, stormwater, and utility projects, while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture at their Olympia, WA office.
Your Day Includes
- Leading transportation engineering projects and site grading and road design.
- Managing technical staff and project schedules to meet client expectations.
- Demonstrating solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Utilizing your proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
Must Haves
- BS degree in civil engineering (MS preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering design/engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of civil engineering project management experience.
- A valid WA State PE license.
