Responsibilities
- Receive and process transportation requests
- Schedule trips and assign drivers based on availability, location, and urgency
- Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, or dispatch software
- Monitor trips in real time and adjust schedules as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of trips, driver logs, and patient information
- Handle emergencies or delays by rerouting or prioritizing urgent cases
- Provide excellent customer service
