This is one of our most demanding areas, so we are looking for someone sharp, reliable, and committed to showing up on time every day. Candidates must have pharmaceutical experience and must be local with their own car.You will play a key role in packaging and barcoding unit-dose medications to support safe, accurate, and high-quality delivery of medications to hospitals. We have a high volume of work and need someone who can start as soon as possible.ResponsibilitiesUnit-Dose Packaging: Perform unit-dose medication packaging and complete daily production orders.Cups & Liquids Filling: Operate equipment to package oral solids, fill cups and syringes as required.Workstation Readiness: Keep your workstation stocked with necessary materials and supplies.Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily preventative maintenance, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting on packaging equipment.Labeling: Generate accurate labels following established specifications and verification procedures.Regulatory Compliance: Follow all SOPs, cGMP guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements to maintain safety and product quality.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in packaging or related fields preferred.Pharmaceutical background required.Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, packaging, or manufacturing environments is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict regulatory standards.Ability to operate and maintain packaging equipment.Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Strong organizational skills and commitment to safety and quality.Must have a car and be local to the facility.Company DescriptionMedical Recruitment Strategies has been providing industry-leading recruitment services to companies and individuals since 2004.
