Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Extracts and integrations with systems such as PeopleSoft, EBS, ADP, and Kronos, including secure file transmissions and EDI/EFT outputs
  • Perform data conversion, mapping, and bulk data loads using HDL and related tools (HSDL, FBL, PBL, Fast Formulas), supporting ongoing data maintenance
  • Build BI Publisher reports and OBIEE dashboards to deliver real-time analytics, including custom reporting templates (eText, RTF, CSV, Excel)
  • Configure Oracle HCM workflows, approval hierarchies (BPM), and security for MSS/ESS processes while ensuring system integrity and compliance
  • Support full SDLC lifecycle including design, testing (UAT/integration), troubleshooting, performance tuning, and delivery of technical documentation and solutions
