- Lead and manage the applications team, providing direction and support to ensure systems effectively support business operations
- Oversee evaluation and improvement of existing applications to enhance efficiency, business processes, and decision-making capabilities
- Ensure successful integration and deployment of new software solutions that meet functional, compliance, and interface requirements
- Partner with Infrastructure Services to coordinate system architecture, environment needs, and technical dependencies
- Establish and enforce application governance including policies, procedures, quality assurance standards, and team leadership responsibilities (hiring, coaching, performance management)
