Responsibilities

Epic Certified Cadence Analyst responsible for build, configuration, testing, and support of Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and access teams to optimize appointment scheduling, provider templates, and access strategies
Perform system design, testing (unit and UAT), documentation, and ongoing optimization following Epic best practices
Troubleshoot Cadence-related issues and provide production, go-live, and post-go-live support
Epic Cadence Certification and Bachelor’s degree required
