A leading B2B (business-to-business) multi-platform media and Digital Publishing company is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator. The Client Solutions Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Client Marketing and serves as a hands-on partner to the sales and client marketing team. The primary purpose of this position is to support sales enablement, product and commercial development, client engagement, strategic partnerships, and sales operations, while taking direct ownership of inbound lead management, post-sale partnership support and execution, and the creation and upkeep of sales materials.


Responsibilities:


  • Produce, update, and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-sheets, proposals, and case studies), tailoring to specific client industries and objectives
  • Support product and commercial business development efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and the rollout of new sponsorship packages and advertising products
  • Assist in the execution of strategic email campaigns and segmented client communications
  • Track and report on email campaign performance, including reactivation of dormant accounts and revenue impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound sales leads, ensuring timely acknowledgment, qualification, and routing
  • Track, log, and maintain lead records in the CRM, keeping data accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Qualify incoming inquiries against established criteria and escalate high-value or time-sensitive opportunities to the Director of Client Marketing
  • Partner with the Director of Client Marketing to manage the barter partnership lifecycle with industry associations and strategic partners, from onboarding through renewal
  • Coordinate fulfillment of partnership deliverables across event sponsorship, social, custom content, print, and digital channels
  • Maintain partnership trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure commitments are met on schedule
  • Act as a reliable day-to-day liaison for partners on routine requests
  • Source and research new leads to feed the pipeline as needed
  • Assist with CRM hygiene, data enrichment, and routine administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:


  • BS/MS degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in sales support, marketing, account coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction and iterate
  • Experience in B2B media, events, and advertising
  • Exposure to sales enablement, marketing operations, or partnership coordination
  • Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Organization, follow-through, and reliability
  • Clear, professional communication and strong customer service; attention to detail and quality
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under mentorship
  • Adaptability and comfort with a fast-paced, evolving environment

Companies also have other elements of compensation, including but not limited to, commission, bonus, equity, profit sharing, varying levels of healthcare coverage and how much a person would have to contribute to the premium, various perks like continuing education, commuter reimbursement, phone reimbursement, etc. – not included in “salary” as the law states. Thus, know that anything we note in a salary range does NOT include such other compensation elements. And, as recruiters, we don’t know what all of those elements are, as we are recruiting for a company, not for ourselves, and they do not brief us as to each benefit. We are a 3rd party and can only estimate to the best of our knowledge, and thus offer the minimum and maximum salary MRG in good faith believes at the time of the posting the client is willing to pay for the advertised job.


Qualified by all of the above, for this job with requisite/required years of the required experience and skills, the minimum and maximum salary is approximated at $60,000 and $80,000 respectfully, exclusive of commission, bonus, equity, profit sharing, any element of healthcare coverage, any reference to how much a person would have to contribute to the premium of a healthcare plan, any perks, or other forms of compensation. Fewer years of experience could bring the base salary lower, and more experience could bring the base salary higher, if the company is willing to increase their salary bands.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
