What You’ll Do:
- Build, manage, and grow existing client accounts to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Proactively engage with IT hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their staffing needs
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top-tier tech talent to your clients
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach and networking
- Document client activity in our CRM to maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Deliver a consultative sales approach focused on client value and satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure exceptional service at every step
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of IT staffing sales or account management experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong understanding of IT staffing, technical terminology, and industry trends
- A motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality and consultative sales approach
- Ability to commute to the NYC and Jersey City area
- Confident communicator who excels at building relationships over the phone and in person
- Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-focused
- CRM experience and the ability to maintain accurate records of account activity
