Job Title: AutoSys Administrator
Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $45-$60/hour W2

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AutoSys Administrator to support a globally distributed enterprise scheduling environment. This role will focus on the administration, maintenance, and support of AutoSys workloads across a large-scale production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoSys administration experience, hands-on expertise with WCC and EEM, and a solid Linux background. This team supports AutoSys globally and collaborates with resources across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AutoSys scheduling environments.
• Manage and maintain AutoSys infrastructure, including job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Configure and support Web Client Console (WCC) and Embedded Entitlements Manager (EEM).
• Provide operational support for distributed AutoSys applications in a production environment.
• Troubleshoot scheduling failures, connectivity issues, and platform-related incidents.
• Partner with global teams to ensure high availability and reliability of scheduling services.
• Perform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and support guides.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of AutoSys Administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • AutoSys Workload Automation
  • WCC (Web Client Console)
  • EEM (Embedded Entitlements Manager)
  • iXP
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows server environments.
• Experience supporting distributed applications rather than mainframe-based scheduling environments.
• Experience managing production support activities, incident resolution, and operational maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working across globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoSys upgrades, migrations, or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Scripting experience using Python or Perl.
• Experience supporting high-volume job scheduling environments.
