Summary:
A profitable, successful Business-to-Business (B2B) multi-platform digital/integrated media property is seeking a proven Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of the company. The selected candidate will be a team player, an expert multi-tasker, and a problem solver. You will support and partner with the Chairman while playing a critical role in serving as additional backup to the rest of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman of the company
- Manage heavy meeting calendars and stay on top of their changing priorities, acting as a gatekeeper and partner
- Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
- Expedite and improve cross-team communication
- Assist executive team members and executive support members with daily tasks and special projects
- Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a company representative
- Use organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage priorities and workflow
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events, conferences, and sales meetings
- Write and coordinate the press release process
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting and partnering with leadership to improve day-to-day efficiency
- Ability to manage competing and changing priorities
- Must be able to exercise confidentiality and sound judgment in a variety of situations

- Commitment to excellence and high standards

- Background in PR, events and social is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree with at least four years of relevant work experience
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
