We seek an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to deliver patient-centered services in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings.
- Provide pulmonary assessments, manage respiratory conditions, and oversee therapies like CPAP/BiPAP and tracheostomy care.
- Perform admissions, discharge evaluations, and interpret diagnostics to monitor treatment responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, participate in care planning, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory management and protocols.
- Work 2 days/week, including weekends, with occasional on-call, in person in PA.
