What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at MedBest Medical Management, Inc.?
Provides administrative and secretarial support for departments, offices or project areas, including facilitation of overall office functions. Secretarial duties for assigned staff generally include either items of a confidential nature or reports, presentations and correspondence requiring the ability to create revise complex documents.
May also be required to assist with a variety of special projects or studies.
Office management duties may include coordination of general office functions such as office workflow, inventory, purchasing, communication, or security. Other duties include scheduling appointments and meetings, answering and screening calls, giving information to callers, greeting visitors, and mail distribution. May supervisor some support staff.
Bi-weekly pay, Physical and drug screening required only after job hire and if relevant to job openings. All hiring requirements must be bona fide occupational qualifications.
Minimum qualifications Associate degree or pertinent college level courses and 2 years administrative/ office management experience- hours may vary based on department needs- Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
