What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician position at Medasource?
This person will be based out of Anchorage, Alaska. They will work alongside local End User Device support teams to work through log of tickets and support break fix as needed. The Desktop Technician is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users within the hospital. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation of PC and printer hardware, software configurations, and network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide support for troubleshooting technical issues with PC and printer hardware, Windows OS, and network/wireless issues.
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, maintain, and repair monitors, keyboards, mice, routers, and other peripheral equipment.
- Documentation: Document new and existing forms
This position is a 3 month contract with the potential to extend.
