Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Tampa, FL. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients using company-provided leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Responsibilities include conducting outbound and inbound calls, providing product information, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the enrollment process in a clear and compliant manner. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on leads, and managing a growing book of business to build long-term relationships and residual income. The Sales Associate will collaborate with team members, participate in training and coaching sessions, and contribute to a positive, performance-driven office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, identify needs, and close sales in a consultative, ethical manner.
