Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site position located in St. Petersburg, FL.
As a Health Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating insurance sales, building client relationships, and guiding individuals through their health insurance options. This role involves working directly with company-provided leads, identifying client needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products.
You will operate in a team-oriented, high-energy environment while working toward individual performance goals and maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Experience in insurance sales or a strong interest in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance products and options preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability or desire to develop sales and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
• Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain with company support
