Sales & Service Associate – Full Time (Hybrid)
Location: New York City, NY
Salary: $67,000–$70,000 per year Performance-Based Bonus
Schedule: Hybrid
Monthly: 4 days in-office and 1 day remote for 3 weeks;
3 days in-office and 2 days remote for 1 week

What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Service Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Assisting with order updates, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
- Managing warranty claims and coordinating with internal teams for service requests
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Providing product information and guidance on usage or setup
- Ensuring a professional and courteous customer experience at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or machinery/equipment sectors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Gladly, etc.) is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- You must be authorized to work in the United States
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
